Raffy Tulfo Face To Face with The Guy Who Stole Their Videos

It was just very recently when the popular program of Raffy Tulfo advised the public with the guy named Christian Oliver Pinto through their social media account as this guy was stealing the program’s videos and re-uploading it on Facebook as well as pretending to be the show’s staff to extort money from the people who ask help from them particularly to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). The guy then posted his explanation on his social media account as well as his screenshots of the netizens who asked him if the program could help them with their problems. Along with his viral post was his strong statement that he didn’t extort money from anybody. He also added in his viral post that he will be going to Manila to clear his name.

Christian Oliver Pinto from Abra met the popular host of "Raffy Tulfo in Action" and he was very sorry to what happened. He sincerely asked for forgiveness to Raffy Tulfo as he doesn't have any idea that downloading their program's videos and re-uploading it on social media without any permission or authority from the program would really be a big thing. It is copyright infringement or colloquially referred to as piracy. It is the usage of any works that are protected by the copyright law without permission for a usage where such permission is required, thereby infringing certain exclusive rights granted to the copyright holder, such as the right to reproduce, distribute, display or perform the protected work. The copyright holder is typically the work's creator, or a publisher or other business to whom copyright has been assigned. Copyright holders routinely invoke legal and technological measures to prevent and penalize copyright infringement.

Pinto explained everything to his idol Raffy Tulfo and he also cleared his name that he didn't extort any amount of money to anyone in return of helping them with their problems or even helping them with the process to enter the program. He also revealed that he doesn't have any bank accounts for the people to send him amounts of money that he was allegedly extorting.

At the end of their conversation, Raffy Tulfo forgives him because of his sincere and personal apology. He even helped him and give him some pieces of advice on how he can be successful with his works without getting videos or photos of other people without their permission. Raffy even gave them money for their transportation amounting to P15,000 as well as P4,000 for the food allowance of his parents, himself, and even their contracted driver
